What does Eddy cost?
You pay a fixed monthly amount for your plan, plus whatever you add. There is also a one-time setup of {setup}. All prices exclude VAT. Every plan includes a monthly bundle of AI credits; extra usage only happens if your administrator allows it.
I already use a CMS, membership system or accounting package. Why Eddy?
Because then you have just one place. Your customers and members are in Eddy once and ready for your website, newsletter, invoices and events. And everywhere, Eddy helps you with the work. Want to keep a package for now? Connect it.
Do I need to know about AI?
No. You simply ask Eddy what you want, in plain language. Eddy knows what you're allowed to do and follows the way your organisation works.
How many users can I add?
Every plan includes {n} users. Each additional active user costs {prijs} per month.
Can I add or remove parts later?
Yes. As an administrator you switch parts on or off under Subscription. You only pay for the remainder of the current period.
How do I pay?
Monthly by credit card or SEPA direct debit. Yearly is also possible with iDEAL or by invoice, with {pct}% off.
Can I switch from my current system?
Yes. Eddy guides your switch step by step and brings over what is already on your current site, such as articles and photos. So you don't have to start from scratch.
Where is my data stored?
The Trust and security page shows where your data is stored and which parties process it. You get a data processing agreement and decide yourself how long data is kept.
