Everything Eddy can do › Communication
The right message at the right moment
Newsletters, emails that go out on time by themselves, surveys and a chat for your team. You use the same database as for your customers and members, so you always reach the right people.
What you can do with it
Newsletters
Put together a newsletter from your articles or write one from scratch. See who opens it and what they click on.
Customer journeys
Set up a series of messages that runs on its own, for example for new members or readers who are about to cancel. Once someone reaches the goal, the journey stops.
Surveys and comments
Create a survey, send it out and review the results. Manage reader comments on your site in one place.
Social media
Create posts for your social channels to go with an article or event, and have them ready to publish.
Eddy Chat
A chat for your team as its own app on phone and computer, with channels and notifications.
Just ask Eddy

- The newsletter is scheduled for Friday at 9:00 to 412 members in Utrecht.
- How did last week's newsletter perform?
- 61% opened it and 18% clicked through. The article about the general meeting was the most read.

Frequently asked questions
Can I bring over my mailing lists?
Yes. Your lists and unsubscribes come along, so nobody gets email they didn't ask for.
Which address does the email come from?
From your own address if you connect your own mail server. Otherwise it's sent through Eddy, with replies going to your address.
Everything works together
This part doesn't stand on its own. Customers, members, articles and invoices all live in one workspace, so anything you enter once can be used everywhere.
